These noodles taste great warm or cold, with or without the meat.
To 1 serving of cooked, thin spaghetti noodles, add the following sauce:
- 1 TB soy sauce
- 1 TB rice vinegar
- 1 TB sunflower seed butter (you can also use regular or crunchy peanut butter)
- 1 TB brown sugar
- 1 TB hot water from pasta (it helps melt the nut butter)
If you have more time or want to add more protein, cook:
- 1 lb ground pork (cook until no longer pink, breaking up as you go)
- 4 cloves minced garlic (or garlic powder, if that’s what you have)
- 2 tsp. freshly grated ginger (or powdered ….)
- 1 TB soy sauce
- 1 TB brown sugar
- handful of chopped up frozen spinach
You can top your noodles with the meat mixture or any/all of the following:
- crushed peanuts
- sunflower seeds
- diced green onions
- chili crisp
It’s pretty simple eats, but so good!
